PAYMENT CALENDAR - STANDARD

• CZK 250,000 - reservation fee (calculable with the first advance towards the purchase price) for houses A, B, C, G, H, I
• CZK 500,000 - reservation fee (calculable with the first advance towards the purchase price) for houses D, E, F
• 15% of the purchase price within 10 days from signing the SOSBK 
• 40% of the purchase price within 10 days following announcement and completion of the construction work
• 35% of the purchase price within 10 days following the planning approval of the building site
• 10% by the date of signing the purchase agreement

PAYMENT CALENDAR – MORTGAGE-BASED

Part of the purchase price (depending on the client's creditworthiness and the total amount of the mortgage loan) can be financed via a mortgage loan. For more detailed information, the client may contact a contractually secured mortgage broker. We guarantee:
