In the second stage of the top´rezidence, located in Šárecké údolí (Šárecké Valley), we have prepared for you the standards and draft of the Interior design by Simplin studio in the layout designed by the architects of Olgoj Chorchoj. Living in these houses will provide the residents not only with ultimate comfort of housing but also with low heating costs – and therefore with decreased expenses. The standard equipment of the houses is another feature that meets the high demands of modern living and it comprises quality materials and products by the renowned brands of leading European producers.

These standards are designed for the houses of the following rows: C, G, H and I.
